Welcome to The MoveLab. By accessing our website and purchasing our digital programs, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Digital Product Usage

Upon purchase, you are granted a single-user license to access and stream the video content (via Vimeo) and download the accompanying PDF guides for personal, non-commercial use only.

  • You may not share your login credentials with others.

  • You may not redistribute, resell, or record the content for public or commercial display.

2. Health & Safety Disclaimer

The MoveLab programs are for educational and informational purposes only. While designed by a physiotherapist, these programs do not constitute medical advice or a formal patient-provider relationship.

  • Use of these exercises is at your own risk. The MoveLab is not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from the use of our programs.

3. Refund Policy (Digital Goods)

As outlined in our Refund Policy, all sales of digital products are final. Once you have logged into the Vimeo platform or downloaded any PDF materials, the intellectual property is considered consumed and is non-refundable.

All content, including videos, text, logos, and PDF designs, is the exclusive property of The MoveLab. Unauthorized use of any materials is strictly prohibited and protected by copyright laws.
