The MoveLab programs are designed for general movement and exercise education. They do not constitute medical treatment, physiotherapy, diagnosis, or individualised care. Participation is voluntary, and the programs are not a substitute for a personal assessment by a physiotherapist or other healthcare professional. 

Paragraph 2 – Who These Programs Are Not For

These programs are not suitable for anyone with severe, worsening, or unexplained pain, new numbness or weakness, or acute injuries without clearance from a healthcare professional. If you are unsure whether movement is safe for your condition, have recently had surgery, or have been advised to avoid exercise, please consult a qualified physiotherapist or medical provider before starting.

Participants are encouraged to move within their own comfort levels, follow guidance on what to do and what to avoid, and progress slowly. Movements are designed to be gentle, controlled, and supportive, especially for those already experiencing discomfort.
