At The MoveLab, we are committed to providing high-quality, physio-designed movement programs to help you move better and feel stronger. Because our products are digital goods delivered via instant access and streaming (Vimeo), our refund policy is as follows:

1. Digital Content Access

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. Once you have logged into the video platform (Vimeo) or downloaded the accompanying PDF guides, you have received the full value of the intellectual property. Therefore, we do not offer money-back refunds once the content has been accessed.

2. Why This Policy Exists

Unlike physical goods, digital programs cannot be "returned." Once access is granted, the information, exercises, and professional expertise are in your possession. This policy allows us to continue creating expert-led content at an accessible price point.

3. Technical Issues

If you are experiencing technical difficulties accessing your videos or downloading your files, please contact us at janavolschenk7@gmail.com. We will work with you to ensure you have full access to the program you purchased.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

If you purchased a program by mistake and have not yet logged into the platform or downloaded the files, please reach out to us within 24 hours of purchase. In these rare cases, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund or a credit toward a different program.
