What to Expect During Your Online Physiotherapy Consultation
Your consultation is designed to understand the root cause of your symptoms and create a personalised plan to help you move with confidence.
1. Subjective Assessment
We’ll begin by discussing your symptoms, medical history, daily activities, work environment, goals, and anything else that may be contributing to your pain or movement limitations.
2. Movement Assessment
Using your phone, tablet, or computer, I’ll guide you through a series of movements and functional tests to assess your mobility, strength, posture, and movement patterns. This allows me to identify the likely contributing factors to your symptoms and determine the best treatment approach.
3. Your Personalised Rehabilitation Plan
Based on your assessment, I’ll develop an individualised exercise programme tailored to your condition and goals. Your programme may include mobility exercises, strengthening exercises, movement retraining, and practical advice to help you manage your symptoms and improve your function.
You’ll receive your rehabilitation programme electronically, allowing you to access it whenever and wherever it suits you.
4. Follow-Up Consultations
Your follow-up sessions are designed to monitor your progress, progress your exercises as you improve, answer any questions, and ensure you’re moving towards your goals safely and effectively.
Whether you’re dealing with neck pain, back pain, shoulder pain, sports injuries, or recovering from surgery, every treatment plan is tailored specifically to you.
