Meet Your Physio
I’m Jana, a qualified physiotherapist who believes that movement is medicine.
Over the years, I’ve seen how many movement-related issues could have been resolved earlier if people had the time, access, or guidance to move when they first noticed a niggle.
Too often, small issues are ignored until they become long-term problems.
My goal with The MoveLab is to make movement more accessible, easier to start, and realistic for busy desk workers, so they can take care of their bodies sooner rather than later. I strongly believe that preventive health is key to long-term well-being.
Regular mobility and strength work help support the body, especially when modern life involves long hours of sitting.
In 2023, I also founded Just Jump, a rebounding and movement studio for women that focuses on full-body training, mobility, and functional movement, exactly what many desk-based individuals need.
The MoveLab brings this same philosophy into a simple, at-home format
